Villa Mushara: a private villa near Etosha
Villa Mushara consists of two exclusive villas within the Mushara Lodge complex, about eight kilometres from the Von Lindequist Gate on the eastern side of Etosha National Park. The location allows guests to combine full days in the park with a quiet, private place to return to.
Each villa is designed for one or two guests, and the property accommodates a maximum of four guests across both units. Contrasting textures, classic furnishings and a calm woodland setting give the accommodation an individual character. It is aimed at adults and couples who value personal space rather than a busy lodge environment.

Every villa provides approximately 140 square metres of living space. The open interior includes a generous bedroom, separate lounge areas, a small private library and a fireplace. Air-conditioning, mosquito netting, a minibar, safe, tea and coffee facilities and charging points add practical comfort.
The en-suite bathroom is spacious and carefully detailed, with a bathtub, shower and double vanities. The bedroom and sitting areas use neutral colours and natural textures, while large openings connect the interior to the private outdoor space. The layout is best suited to single or double occupancy rather than family sharing.

Each villa has a secluded garden area, covered terrace, loungers and a private plunge pool. These facilities provide a comfortable pause during the warm middle of the day, especially after an early start in Etosha. Guests also have access to the wider Mushara Lodge facilities, including its main swimming pool and spa treatment rooms.

Dinner, bed and breakfast rates include the evening meal and breakfast. Fully inclusive options add all meals, teas, coffees, cakes, selected drinks, minibar refreshments, laundry and private morning and afternoon Etosha drives. Game viewing from a private villa near Etosha
The eastern gate is close enough for convenient guided or self-drive park visits. Guided Etosha drives use elevated safari vehicles and are led by experienced guides who follow current wildlife movement. Private drives are included with the fully inclusive villa rate; otherwise they can be quoted separately.
Etosha’s waterholes, open plains and salt-pan environment change through the seasons. Early morning and late afternoon generally offer comfortable temperatures, but no specific sighting is guaranteed. Guests driving themselves must observe park gate times and road rules.

Two nights provide time for a full park day and a slower afternoon at the villa, while three nights allow greater flexibility.
