OverviewActivitiesAccessChild PolicyCheck-InMeeting Times

Shipwreck Lodge in Namibia stands out because of its ingenious design. Each cabin looks like a shipwreck stranded on the skeleton coast. Inside the nautical theme continues and the addition of plush rugs and fuzzy blankets make it feel homey.

The lodge is situated between the Hoarusib and the Hoanib River on the Skeleton Coast. Even though you're in the desert you have the cold Benguela winds coming over the land from the ocean.

The restaurant and lounge area features luxurious couches and eclectic decor set against the stark beauty of the raw wood of the structure and the desert landscape visible all around you.

The Cabins

Every Shipwreck Lodge cabin has a bathroom with a shower and all the amenities you'll need for a comfortable stay. There's also a writing desk and a wood-burning stove. Each room has a deck to sit on and enjoy the view. You can enjoy a fresh cup of coffee with the small coffee pod machine or make use of the hot water flask for tea, hot chocolate or French press coffee.

Guests can choose between a twin room that sleeps two people or a family room that sleeps four. There are eight twin rooms and two family rooms.

Damaraland and Kaokoveld Experience Wow what an experience! I have done 8 trips to Namibia before to different areas and needed something unique for our next trip. T2N was the ultimate solution. Anschen and Anine and their energie, their knowledge of the off-beaten track gems was just what we needed. Their response and precision was to the T. The complete travel arrangements to Damaraland and Kaokoveld made by T2N went so smoothe without any issues. Accommodation was spot-on and the advice and route info they supplied just did the trick. Great memory and experience thanks to theT2N teams efforts and dedicated work. Will definitely make all my travel arrangements through them again and highly recommend T2N to anyone super and honest travel service. Salute to T2N - job well done
