Kalahari Farmhouse in Stampriet
Kalahari Farmhouse offers Stampriet accommodation and camping in a green garden setting approximately 53 kilometres north-east of Mariental. Artesian water supports lawns and established trees, creating a restful contrast with the red-sand Kalahari landscape beyond the village.
Travellers can choose from 11 bungalows or eight campsites. A restaurant, bar and swimming pool make the property suitable for an overnight stop, a slower village stay or a base before continuing through eastern Namibia.

Camping in Stampriet
Eight campsites share ablutions with hot and cold water. Sites provide power, shade, lighting and a barbecue area. Campers need their own equipment and should confirm vehicle limits, firewood arrangements and meal access before arrival.

The farmhouse has a restaurant, bar, swimming pool, curio shop and garden seating. Guests can also use parking, mobile connectivity, Wi-Fi and laundry service. Coverage and internet speed may be slower than in larger towns.

Breakfast is generally served from 07:00 to 09:00, lunch from 12:00 to 14:00 and dinner from 19:00 to 21:00. Breakfast is commonly included with bungalow stays, while other meals depend on the selected rate.

Kalahari experiences from Kalahari Farmhouse
A self-guided visit to the adjacent production centre offers insight into the garden, livestock and ingredients used on the property. More formal Kalahari drives and walks may be available at Kalahari Anib Lodge, about 30 kilometres away, using the guest’s own transport unless another arrangement is confirmed.
