Hosea Kutako International Airport lies outside Windhoek, so allow roughly 40 to 50 minutes for the road transfer rather than treating the camp as an airport hotel.

A paid laundry service is available; items delivered early can usually be washed the same day, weather permitting, because drying uses solar energy.
